Services

St. Luke's Memorial Trust. The Trust was established to receive bequests, memorials, and other designated gifts. Its 5-member board governs the management and investing of Trust funds.  Income from the Trust is used at the discretion of the Vestry, particularly for outreach ministries. Any current Board member can answer questions.  Call the church office at 476-2493. Dennis Duewel is the current President of the Trust.

The Columbarium. Located in our chapel, the columbarium provides niches for cremated remains.  It is managed by Jim Elliott. For information on use of this facility, speak with Jim at 476-8647.

Bookstore. As a service to parishioners, copies of popular religious texts including Prayer Books and study Bibles are offered for sale in the parish hall.  For more information contact the church office at 476-2493.

Sunday School - During the school year, classes for children from preschool through grade 5 begin downstairs at 10:30 AM.   After a brief opening worship time, they go to their classes for the day's lesson and activities, then join their families in church for the communion portion of the service. Adjustments are made during summer. For information about youth classes contact the church office at 476-2493.

Nursery. The nursery, located in the basement of the parish hall, is open on Sundays during both the 8:30 and 10:30 services to care for infants and toddlers.  Ushers will be glad to show you the way.  Child care is also provided for most special events.

Youth Group - Youth in grades 6 through 12 meet at the church most Sunday evenings at 5:00 PM.  For details, see the Sunday bulletin or phone the church office at 476-2493.

The Lord's Cupboard - Our in-house food pantry. Thanks to the generosity of the family of St. Luke's, the Lord's Cupboard (located in the Choir Room) is stocked with good things to eat.

Parishioners use this small pantry, sometimes for their own needs, and sometimes to assist others in need. Donations of non-perishable food items, or of money to purchase them, keep the Cupboard supplied.  Periodically supplies are inventoried, and items needing to be used in the near future are passed on to the FISH food bank, which has a much greater turn-over.
